How to Book a Package
Below is typical workflow for each travel request.

1- A client sends an e mail. The support team responds to the email. The support team makes sure the email includes all the required information (dates, hotel type, places of interest, service category etc.), we may ask the client to submit additional information if there is anything missing.The Support team passes the order to one of our travel agents.
2- The travel agent designs a draft itinerary according to the clients requirements. This may result in additional questions.
3- Our Reservation Department then checks the availability of services, transport schedules, alternative times & routes & puts together a package that best meets the clients requests & offers best value for Money with our service providers.
4- After extensive research the travel agent forward the final product along with our suggestions. The travel agent will use his/her personal knowledge of the clients likes/dislikes/preferences to ensure that the travel plans best match the clients needs and request.
5- If the client has agreed to proceed & accepted our Terms & Conditions, we will start to advance reservations & secure seats. Upon request we can issue your vouchers however we can also wait & monitor upgrades or better fares.
